“Rising tensions with North Korea have put the possibility of a total wipeout on the radar of the archipelago’s population of more than 1.4 million. On July 5, the United States toughened its military pressure and invective against the Communist nation after North Korea conducted a successful test of an intercontinental ballistic missile that appeared capable of hitting America’s two most western states: Alaska and Hawaii.
The United States described the test as a “dangerous escalation” in what has become a crisis for the Trump administration”.



We are a US based Company corporately located in Florida with a division dedicated to products for (Survival/Solar Power/ Precious Metals/Nutrition). Our Company focuses on partnering with businesses both nationally and globally to provide services such as:

“Business Development/Business Strategy/Global Trade/Strategic Sourcing”


Our Company is currently reviewing resumes for an IMMEDIATE hire position.
We are seeking the right qualified candidate to develop NEW BUSINESS SALES to Residents and Businesses. We will be setting up a local office 6 months after a successful candidate has been hired and new business sales have been obtained.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The “Manager - New Business Development” works to improve the Company's market position and achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, insures successful negotiations and closes business deals to B2B/retail/wholesale Clients . The “Manager - New Business Development” needs to insure that potential new customers are located, have presented to them the product availability offered, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future. The “Manager - New Business Development” will insure presentations are done on products that meet or predict their clients' future needs.

The “Manager - New Business Development” is authorized to work remotely as needed; however, attend meetings via video conference calls as required.

The primary role of the “Manager - New Business Development” is to prospect and oversee prospecting of new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and sell any and all product associated with and available with the Company. They must then plan innovative approaches and presentations that will solidify potential clients transition to business clients with the Company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, set targets for sales, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. They are also required to insure growth and retain existing accounts by presenting new / existing solution based products to clients. The “Manager - New Business Development” works with the CEO and also President of the Company and manages the activities of future hired “Account Sales Reps.” employees responsible for developing business for the Company. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description - The responsibilities of the “Manager - New Business Development” can be summarized as follows:

New Business Development -

Manage and oversee all personnel hired (Future).
Insure prospects for potential new clients are located and turn this into increased Sales business.
Insure cold calls are done as appropriate within the market or geographic area to insure a robust pipeline of Sales opportunities.
Insure potential clients are met by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network leading to Sales.
Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization for Sales growth.
Insure research is conducted and also insure relationships are built with new clients.
Insure meetings are set up between client decision makers and company's practice Leaders/Principals for Sales.
Plan approaches and presentations for Sales.
Work with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives and achieving Sales.
Insure objections are handled by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Insure use of various styles to create and leverage an appropriate negotiation for Sales.



Client Retention -

Present new solution based products and enhance existing relationships.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.


Business Development Planning -

Insure attendance by the team for industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends for Sales.
Present to and consult with the CEO and the President on business trends with a view to developing new products, and distribution channels.
Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in Sales.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators for successful Sales.

Management and Research -

Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's goals and business model and capabilities.
Understand the Company's goal and purpose so that it will continue to enhance the Company's performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

4 yr Degree - (Business Management/Business Development/Sales & Marketing).
English speaking - (read/write).
10 yrs min - Business Professional history.
Legal US resident.
Business Development/Market Strategy/Outside B2B Sales - Experience REQUIRED.
MUST have your own - cell phone/computer.

WHAT IS OFFERED:

Independent Contractor - 1099.
Work your own schedule (Part Time/Full Time).
Excellent commission compensation paid weekly.

Contract Monthly SALARY + COMMISSION is offered for this position after the first 120 days. Note: No health Benefits.
