We are seeking a Full Time Dispatcher/ Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and customer service related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with our team and our great customers.
Schedule service/maintenance calls for service technician
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Input data into industry specific program
Invoice and pay bills with Quickbooks
Pull permits
Register equipment warranties
Register customers for rebates
Prepare daily paperwork and work orders for service and install departement
Schedule sales appointments
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
​Strong organizational skills
Answer multi line phones, schedule service calls, Use Microsoft office programs, enter data into industry specific program, type proposals, must have great customer service skills, able to prioritize, dependable, reliable transportation a must, willing to learn, able to get along well with others, confident, Quick books knowledge, invoicing, enter payments, etc.
